Norway Govt Proposes Letting 7-Year-Olds Change Gender
A bill proposed by Norway’s government would allow 7-year-old children to change their genders.
Norway’s Health Minister Bent Høie said, “This is an important area where Norway has lagged far behind many other countries for many years. Now we can be proud that we are implementing this law.”
Høie added that children 7 to 16-year-olds would have to consult with their parents before making the decision.
