According to the University of Toronto Mississauga’s student union, racism against whites simply does not exist.
In a post published on the union’s official Facebook page, the students claimed that “an oppressed group cannot be racist against a dominant group (white people).” The UTM student union added the “(white people).”
The student union explained that minorities can’t be racist towards whites because they do not hold a position of power. Yes, minorities can hate whites because of the color of their skin, but that is not racist. That’s “prejudice,” according to the group.
