UN Women, an official branch of the United Nations, has endorsed an attempt by a publisher to only publish stories by women in order to combat "gender bias:"

The publisher, "& Other Stories," will not publish any form of literature by a man for an entire year. & Other Stories hopes this will promote a "year of women."

Is that not exactly the interpretation "gender bias"?
