Gresham-Barlow school district spends $100,000 annually to teach their administrators about the dangers of "white privilege" and how to avoid blaming students for their own failures and instead instructs teachers to examine their concept of success.
The conference, called “Coaching for Educational Equity," is mandatory for administrators.
